Terms of Service

By accessing or using Skillza ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@skillza.fr if you suspect unauthorized access.

Buyers agree to:

• Pay the agreed price before work begins.
• Provide clear requirements to the seller.
• Request revisions through the platform only.

Sellers agree to:

• Deliver the described service within the agreed timeline.
• Only offer services they are qualified and legally permitted to provide.
• Not solicit payment outside of the platform.

Users may not:

• Post illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees.
• Use the platform to distribute spam or malware.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Upon full payment, sellers transfer all intellectual property rights in the delivered work to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Skillza retains no ownership of user-generated content.

All payments are processed through the platform. Skillza charges a service fee on each transaction, which is displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
